For all of you bloggers out there be sure to check out 'Open for Inspection Girl'. An extract from her profile says it all, "I'm JoJo Everett. I love, live, play and work in Sydney's inner eastern suburbs. I run each week to "open for inspections" and blog about the lovely homes I see and my crazy family!" I recommend the blog to anyone who is in the market for a new home. It is a very amusing and true reflection of the open for inspection process. Open for Inspection Girl

Tomorrow night is our fortnightly auction at Di Jones Real Estate. We choose to have our auctions at the stunning Centennial Parklands Restaurant, a beautiful location. Unlike other auctions, which are said to resemble a cattle call because of the large number of properties (is it not unlikely to have 40 properties go under the hammer in one night) and lack of personalised attention to each property, our auctions display the Di Jones difference. We have a reasonable number of properties each night and personalise the auction to each individual property. Our auctioneer Peter Baldwin is known as one of Australia's finest and works directly with each agent to get the best result for both buyers and sellers.
