Tracey McCardle and Susannah Anderson will be in Melbourne on Monday 21st June all day meeting with new landlords who wish for Di Jones Real Estate to lease out their fabulous properties for periods of 5 days to 12 weeks. This is ideal for people who wish to use their own property throughout the year whilst making money when it would otherwise be vacant. It also enables owners to charge a higher nightly rate than on a 6 or 12 month rental basis.
