Winter is coming to an end and it's looking to be a busy Spring for the agents at Di Jones. Many properties have been listed for auctions in September and October, with home owners looking to sell before Christmas. The auctions haven't slowed over Winter either with our final properties for the season set to go under the hammer at Tuesday's auction

Our newest listings set for Spring auctions include a lovely Victorian terrace in a top village location. Set at the prestigious Woollahra end of one of Paddington's finest cul-de-sacs, this tastefully updated Victorian terrace is exclusively positioned just moments to Queen Street village and Trumper Park. Recently refurbished with a bright and airy open layout, its freshly schemed interiors are enhanced by original character features while a bamboo-framed courtyard is ideal for relaxed outdoor entertaining. Perfect to enjoy as is, it offers scope to open out the rear for fluid indoor/outdoor living. Don't miss the open for inspections at 193 Sutherland Street, Paddington. Visit our site for more info or contact the agent, Andrew.
Scheduled to sell on the 28th of September, this Edgecliff apartment is more like a terrace. This peaceful and private two level townhome is completely secluded from the road in the sought-after 'Wimbledon' complex. Framed by leafy treescape surrounds creating a serene ambiance, it features approx 179sqm of indoor/outdoor living space and direct internal access to an oversized double garage. Located on the fringe of Trumper Park, a brief stroll to Edgecliff station and Rushcutters Bay, it offers a lifestyle of carefree convenience in a prime lifestyle location. Open for inspection this Thursday and many other dates check the website for more information.

We posted a link to an interesting article on our Twitter profile about the new CommBank Property Guide iPhone App which has had some major issues. The main problem discussed in the article were properties that were listed on RealEstate.com.au as auctions came up on the app with the asking price displayed. As you can imagine it caused a lot of anger from agents who knew that home buyers were able to view the asking price of the auction before. What do you think CommBank should do in regards to this issue. Who knows if this was an isolated incident or if this will continue to happen. What is certain is that Commbank will need to carefully check the app for any more glitches.
